Five hundred years after St. Ignatius invited people into sacred stillness, and 65 years after Ignatius House first opened its doors, the world is noisier, faster, and more fragmented than ever before. That’s why the ministry of Ignatius House matters more than ever.

As the only Jesuit retreat center in the Southeast, we welcome thousands of people each year seeking silence, spiritual direction, healing, and rest. Here, people encounter God through retreats, prayer, spiritual direction, recovery ministries, and the quiet hospitality that makes this sacred place feel like home.

But we also face a new reality as a ministry. As more people seek out Ignatius House as a place of healing, silence, and spiritual renewal, the responsibility of sustaining this ministry continues to grow. Caring for our sacred grounds, maintaining retreat accessibility, supporting spiritual direction and hospitality, and stewarding these new ministry spaces all require faithful and ongoing support.

• $6,500 sustains our mission to offer Ignatian retreats for all who seek an encounter with God.
• $1,000 preserves Ignatius House as a place of rest and renewal
